Christine and Robin, two bonafide koji geeks, are teaming up to present:
A 5 course ferment-laden menu, plus some surprises
Robin hails from Edinburgh and Christine is half Japanese, half British, so you can expect some delectable fusion action.
Please choose a menu option (vegetarian or not) when booking your ticket and inform us of any allergies. All ingredients used are as local, seasonal and organic as possible - not to mention unusual, tasty and exciting!
There will be guest appearances from local fermentation and Japanese cuisine stars we love and want to introduce to you.
Please be aware that the booking is binding and should be treated as a concert ticket, meaning, if you cannot make it, we encourage you to find someone to take your place.
